You have been eagerly waiting for your KoRo order and now you see in the shipment tracking that your parcel(s) could not be delivered.
What happens to your parcel now?
1. The parcel could not be delivered and will be taken to a nearby branch for collection.
You may not have been present when the delivery attempt was made.
The parcel can be collected from a branch from the next working day. The address can be found on the notification card or in the online tracking system. Please take an identity document and, if applicable, the notification card with you to collect the parcel.
2. The recipient cannot be identified: Recipient moved, recipient not found at the indicated address, no label found on the doorbell.
Unfortunately, there appears to be an error in the delivery address provided or the shipping service provider was unable to locate you at the delivery address. Please make sure that your doorbell label is accessible and that your name or unit is clearly identifiable on the doorbell.
The parcel will probably be returned to us. In this case, please contact us. It is best to provide the shipping address directly for comparison.
3. The parcel was not picked up inside the deadline.
If you have to pick up the parcel somewhere, there may be a deadline. If you are unable to pick up the parcel within the deadline, it will probably be sent back to us. Please contact us so we can take care of it as soon as possible.
4. You have refused to accept your parcel.
If you have refused to accept your parcel, it will automatically be returned to us and then automatically refunded. If you have received a partial delivery, please inform us of the missing items.
