Your order could have been returned for several different reasons.
What happens now?
Firstly, please check whether your delivery address details are correct and complete. If this is the case, please contact us, stating your order number, so that we can organise a replacement delivery as quickly as possible.
If there is an error in your delivery address and you still want to receive the goods, we would ask you to place a new order.
Once we have received your original order back and have been able to finalise it, we will of course refund you the full amount immediately. Please note: All returns are subject to our original condition policy. It may take approx. 14 working days to process the return. Thank you for your patience!
