It is not uncommon for your order to be split across multiple packages. In the shipping confirmation or under "My order", you will find all the information and tracking numbers for your packages!

💡 Quick tip
You can cancel your order independently in your customer account as long as it is still in progress.
Once your order is being prepared for shipping, unfortunately, we are no longer able to cancel it.
💡 Little tip
Unfortunately, products cannot be added to an existing order. In this case, the complete order would have to be cancelled and placed again.
You can only change the address of an existing order if the status is still in progress. If the status is already preparing for shipment, you may be able to redirect the package via the shipping provider.
You can check the status of your order in your customer account under Orders.
