You can only change the address of an order if the parcel has not yet been dispatched. If it has already been dispatched, you may be able to have it redirected by the shipping service provider.

Please note:

You can cancel your order independently in your customer account within the first hour. As soon as the order is being processed, we can no longer guarantee that the cancellation can still be carried out.

Your order may be split over more than one package. You can find all the information and shipping numbers on your KoRo profile at "Orders".
