Can I indicate a delivery address that differs from the billing address?
Yes, during the order process you can enter an alternative delivery address under "Change delivery address".
If the change is not possible, please check first whether you have entered a standard billing and delivery address in your customer account. If this is the case, please uncheck the box first so that you can enter a different delivery address for your order.
Please note: If the billing and delivery addresses are different, some payment methods will unfortunately not be offered.
Can I still change the delivery address in the order I have already placed?
No, unfortunately it is not usually possible to change the address after the order has been placed. However, you can cancel your order and place it again within the first hour of placing it.
My order could not be delivered due to an incorrect delivery address
How annoying! But don't worry: If your parcel could not be delivered due to an address error, the parcel will be automatically returned to us and you will be refunded within approx. 14 working days. More information on this here.
Please make sure that you update the address in your customer account if necessary to avoid the error in the future.
