Can't wait for your KoRo products to finally arrive? We can understand that! However, before you contact us about an outstanding delivery, we would ask you to check the status of your order yourself first.
Dispatch confirmation and shipment tracking
As soon as we have received your order, you will receive an order confirmation. Our colleagues will then set about getting your KoRo order on its way to you as quickly as possible. As soon as your order has left our warehouse and been handed over to the delivery partner, we will send you a dispatch confirmation email. In this email you will also find a tracking number or tracking ID to track your parcel.
Track your parcel via "My account"
You can also find the tracking number for your order in your customer account. To do this, select the "Orders" category in your account overview. The tracking number will then be displayed in the "Track & Trace" field. You can also view your order status here.
Attention: Please note that your order may be delivered to you in several parcels on different days, depending on its size. More information on this can be found here.
