What should I do if there is a mistake with my order?
We are very sorry that you have received an incorrect delivery. No matter how good and efficient the logistics are, mistakes can happen. If you have received the wrong product or if you have received someone else's parcel, please let us know immediately so that we can help you quickly.

My order has not been delivered in full
You can't wait for your KoRo products to finally arrive? We can understand that! However, before you contact us about an outstanding delivery, we would ask you to check the status of your order yourself first. Please note that your order may be delivered in several parcels on different days, depending on its size.
If something is still missing, please contact us here so that we can organise a replacement delivery for you as quickly as possible.
