Purchasing KoRo in retail stores
You found your favourite KoRo snacks in a store and immediately brought them home? Great, enjoy the flavour! But what if, unexpectedly, there's a problem or the product doesn't meet your expectations?
Who can help you?
If you want to complain about a KoRo product, there are two places you can make your complaint. You can either contact the staff at the shop where you purchased the product directly or you can send us an e-mail. Please be sure to include your proof of purchase with your e-mail so that we can process your complaint as quickly as possible.
Make sure to keep the receipt
In order to process your complaint, we always need proof of purchase in the form of an invoice or receipt. If you can no longer find a receipt or invoice, please contact the seller directly and ask them for a new invoice or copy of the receipt, as the direct seller is generally always responsible for complaints.
