How can I complain about a product from my order?
Please use our complaints form: Simply enter your order number and e-mail address and select the product(s) concerned. You can easily select a reason for your complaint. Please include meaningful photos with your message so that we can resolve the matter as quickly as possible and in your favour.
A matter of taste
We go to great lengths in our product selection; however, tastes differ, so it may be that you are not 100% satisfied with one or the other product. Even in these cases, we are of course happy to receive your feedback, but we must ask for your understanding that we cannot replace or refund a product of perfect quality. Perhaps you can turn it into a gift for a good friend?
