Was my payment successfully completed?
You can easily check here whether the payment for your KoRo order has been successfully completed. All you need to check is your order number and your e-mail address. If you are already logged in, you can also simply check in your personal customer account under "Orders". If the payment has been received, your order can be processed further and will be given the status "In progress" and later "Completed".
My payment was cancelled. What do I do now?
Unfortunately, something may go wrong with your order or payment and your KoRo order will no longer be processed. We are very sorry about that! Unfortunately, due to a technical system error, it is often not possible to resume payments that have been cancelled. Instead, we would ask you to cancel and repeat the order if you still wish to receive the products. Any vouchers used will of course be automatically reactivated after the order has been cancelled.
