Where are the invoices for my KoRo orders?
You can find your invoices in your KoRo customer account. You can find the invoices under "Orders" in your account overview under "Documents".
Please note: The invoice will only be uploaded after the order has been dispatched. The upload can sometimes take up to 10 working days. Thank you for your patience!
My invoice is missing!
If you cannot find an invoice in your customer account even after more than ten working days and have not received it by e-mail, you are welcome to request the missing document from us here under "Missing invoice".
