What do I have to consider if I want to return a product?
It's a pity that you don't want to keep all the products in your KoRo order. We generally take back our products within 14 days of receiving them. You can find more information about your return here.
Please note: Your return can only be processed successfully if the goods are unopened, in their original packaging and the quality seals are intact. If you have received damaged goods or have another reason for complaint, please create a complaint. We will immediately start working to find a solution in your interest.
