Have you ordered the wrong item by mistake?
Your KoRo order arrives and you start opening it excitedly. But, oh no: Instead of coconut butter, you've ordered coconut oil by mistake? How annoying! But don't worry: if you have accidentally added the wrong item to your KoRo order and don't want to keep it, you can simply send the product back to us (provided it fulfils our return conditions). You can create a return here.
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer an exchange service. If you return an item to us, you will receive a refund. If you would like a different product instead, please place a new order.
Is there a reason for complaint?
If you have received damaged goods or have another reason for complaint, please create a complaint. We will work to find a solution in your interest as quickly as possible.
