Problems with the voucher
Your virtual shopping basket is full to bursting with delicious KoRo products and you finally want to complete your order. But now your voucher code can't be applied and you get an error message - what now?
Is there a typing error?
Firstly, please check whether a typing error has made it in by comparing the KoRo code with your entries.
Note: The letters L and I or the number 0 and the capital letter O unfortunately look very similar and confusing them is a common source of error.
Is your voucher still valid?
Vouchers are valid until the end of the 3rd year after they are purchased (minimum validity 3 years). All redemption conditions can also be found in the voucher terms and conditions.
Are you trying to combine several codes?
If you would like to combine several codes, please check here first to see whether this is generally permitted. Please note that you can generally only use one discount code per order. Cash vouchers can usually be combined, discount codes can not.
Why is my discount not being deducted in the shopping basket?
If you can rule out the possibility of a typing error or an unauthorised combination and the voucher has not been used in any other order nor has it already expired, then there is probably a problem here that can only be solved individually.
