Can I get a refund if the price has changed after I have placed my order?
The price of a product went down right after you ordered it? Of course we understand that this can be quite annoying. However, we ask for your understanding that price adjustments cannot usually be taken into account retrospectively or corresponding credit notes issued. Within your 14-day right of cancellation, however, we will of course be happy to make a goodwill arrangement to save you unnecessary shipping costs.
